Complaint – wrong order delivered

Dear ElyScents,

I placed my order with ElyScents, but I received the parcel from Royal Scents. The perfume I received is also unsatisfactory. Its fragrance smells like petrol/chemicals and lasts only about five minutes.

I am not satisfied with this product and want to return the parcel and receive a full refund. Please provide me with the return procedure and arrange the return without any additional charges.

Rong order delivernot from elementary it's from royal scent.totaly ring and bad 2 num perfume.when ask for how to refund.they did not reply

Disappointed from the order. Further, wrong/duplicate order are deliver amrather than actual order.
